We will be staying and hosting our conference at The Finest Playa Mujeres. It is a luxury all-inclusive resort with twelve onsite pools, twelve world-class restaurants, thirteen bars, outstanding family suites, kid-friendly mini water pools, and a renowned ONE spa that caters to families, but also has an adults only side of the resort.

1. Finest Suites (family friendly): Base level, with access to many amenities

2. Finest Club (family friendly): The Finest Club represents the ultimate in luxury, privacy, exclusivity, and service for guests of all ages. This includes upgrades in the room and exclusive access a private lounge, restaurant, bar, and beach area

3. Excellence Club (adults only): The Excellence Club, a private haven designed exclusively for adults. With its own private lounge, pools, beach, and restaurant, and all of the club’s signature in-suite perks, The Excellence Club is an ideal option for an adults only stay

• Children under 4 years are free

• Free hotel cancellation within 24 hours of arrival

• Rooms can be booked on the hotel website. NOTE: the group booking window has closed. However, standard rooms are still available

*If you choose to stay at another hotel, there will be a daily entrance fee to enter The Finest property. This fee is the responsibility of the attendee to pay.

It is recommended to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Free, private round trip airport transfer with Seasons Tours is included with the hotel reservation.
