• Group rate: $388/night + taxes & fees. These rates are for single/double occupancy. Each additional occupant is $10/night. These rates are inclusive of discounted daily destination fee.

• Group rate offered 3 dates pre & post conference, based on availability

• Concession: Waived Parking Fee for anybody reserved within our room block.

• Hotel Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the full cost of the stay.

*Recommended travel is to fly in/out of Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) which is about 25 min from Bend, or Portland Airport (PDX), which is about 3 hours from Bend.
