Booking Information

Reservations will be made by calling the reservations department at (877) 777-2637 or via email to reservations@thesandstc.com and mention Veterinary Ventures CE for the group booking rate. A 3-night deposit is required at the time of the booking. Individuals are responsible for their own individual charges. There are no additional charges for bellman, maid, parking, Internet, or entrance into the fitness center. Complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
90-days prior to arrival: (Aug 1, 2025) This is the cut-off date. (Rooms not assigned will be released back to the hotel)
Prior to 90 Days: No Penalty for any rooms cancelled
90-30 Days: Aug 2, 2025 - Oct 2, 2025) Three night penalty for each room cancelled
30 Days/No Shows (Oct 3, 2025 to arrival): Full room payment for each room cancelled or for No Shows
