Dr. Brittany Lancellotti, DMV, DACVD

Brittany Lancellotti is a veterinary dermatologist at Veterinary Skin and Ear in Los Angeles and the scientific program director for the annual Muller-Ihrke-Kwochka Dermatology Seminar. She graduated with honors from Western University in Health Sciences, receiving numerous awards. Her rotating internship at Animal Specialty Group in Los Angeles was followed by a residency with Animal Dermatology Group., Dr. Lancellotti is the founder/host of Your Vet Wants You to Know, an edutainment podcast designed to improve pet owner knowledge, veterinarian efficiency, and treatment outcomes. Dr. Lancellotti is Fear Free certified and focuses on decreasing stress in patients, clients, and colleagues. She is an enthusiastic speaker and enjoys teaching nationally and internationally.

Dr. Brett Boorstin, DVM, DACVIM (Cardiology)

Dr. Brett Boorstin was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a major in Animal Science and a minor in Music. He attended Western University of Health Sciences for Veterinary School. After graduation, he went on to complete a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship followed by a cardiology specialty internship at Southern California Veterinary Specialty Hospital. He moved to Northern Virginia where he completed his residency with CVCA and achieved Diplomate status in the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) College of Cardiology in 2022.

Brett has an interest in client education, giant breed cardiomyopathy, and minimally invasive cardiac procedures. He has lectured nationally on treatment of congestive heart failure, and management of arrhythmias. He has worked with the Irish Wolfhound Foundation and the Great Dane Club of America for the past several years.

Dr. Boorstin’s interests during his free time include surfing, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, D.J.ing, chess, and playing the piano. Brett has opened the first CVCA office in Southern California, and is excited to be back home on the west coast close to his family.
